What is Self-Guided Play?
Self-Guided Play allows families to access Little Sprouts Play Studio outside of staffed hours. You’ll unlock the door securely, enjoy the space on your own schedule, and experience the same safe, cozy, and thoughtfully designed play environment you already love — anytime you need it.
Who can use Self-Guided Play?
Both members and visitors are welcome! Members enjoy simplified access, but anyone can participate once they’ve completed the waiver and payment process.
How do I access the studio?
Visit our space at any time, scan the QR code on the door to purchase a Self-Guided Play Pass. Access is verified through web-based RFID — no codes to share, no key fobs to lose. Once approved, you can unlock the door with a quick scan, utilizing a camera-based entry verification.
What hours are available?
Self-Guided Play is available anytime the studio isn’t being used for classes, parties, or private events — including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and even holidays. Manned hours (where an attendant is available to help you) and private hours will be posted daily on our Facebook Stories.
How do I book a Self-Guided Play session?
Use the QR code posted on our door to book a Self Guided Play Pass! A link to unlock our door will be sent via SMS or email.
What does it cost?
Members: Included in your membership
Visitors: Standard drop-in rate applies. $8/child. Each child needs their own Play Pass. Please feel free to step inside and get settled before booking remaining children. Your account will be automatically charged at 2x the standard rate for any forgotten play passes.
All visits require a signed waiver and a card on file before access is granted.
Will we share the space with others?
Yes! Some Self-Guided time slots may overlap with other families. The space is designed to remain calm and welcoming for everyone. Please be courteous and share play materials kindly.
How is cleanliness maintained?
Our team sanitizes high-touch areas atleast twice daily. We ask that families:
Return toys and materials to their homes before leaving
Wipe up spills or messes promptly
Report anything broken or needing attention
Can I buy snacks or items while staff isn’t present?
Yes! You can use our self-checkout kiosk to purchase snacks or retail items. Any unpaid items will automatically be charged at 2x their standard rate to your card on file, so our vendors are always compensated.
Are there cameras in the studio?
Yes. The studio is under 24/7 camera surveillance for your safety and peace of mind. Footage is reviewed daily.
What if something breaks or is missing?
Accidents happen! Just send us a quick message to let us know.
Can I bring a friend or guest?
Yes! Friends are welcome, but each visiting family must have their own waiver and profile set up before entry. This helps us maintain safety and accountability for everyone in the space.
What if there’s an emergency?
Emergency contact information is included in your confirmation email and posted inside the studio near the entrance. Please call 911 first for immediate emergencies, then contact us so we can assist.
Why did Little Sprouts start offering Self-Guided Play?
Because parenting doesn’t fit into business hours. This new option allows families to enjoy Little Sprouts whenever it works best — giving you flexibility, comfort, and connection on your terms.
